No matter the trip, the destination or the plans, you're going to run into rain on the motorcycle. It's part of the adventure and part of the experience. Ride with the rain; be aware of the water on the road. Focus on the moment and explore the scent of being surrounded by falling water. Slow down, pull off if you need to. One of the wisest bikers I met noted that when he saw clouds a coming, he'd drop off to a roadhouse and have a beer. By the time he was done with his beer, the rain was gone. Stop more to go further.
